Beloved characters from George Balanchine's The Nutcracker, including the Mouse King and the Sugarplum Fairy will make special guest appearances throughout the Greater Philadelphia region this holiday season. In previous years, the Mouse King has helped the mayor light the tree at City Hall, brunched with Santa Claus, and driven around town in a Philly Car Share vehicle. They spread Nutcracker cheer to all they meet as they shake hands, pose for pictures, and sign autographs. Check back regularly for a complete list of appearances.
